Bundestag enables free WLANs without interference liability

Today, the Bundestag passed an amendment to the Telemedia Act, which is intended to abolish the "Stoererhaftung" for private, free WLANs. The original amendment can be read here - the governing parties are celebrating this decision as a major step forward in terms of WLAN use in Germany.
