Finding the right mobile phone flat rate

Meanwhile the big Mobile operator to trick and treat at any point and make money. A big debate at the moment is the restriction of the data volume - throttling. The mobile use of the internet is increasing more and more and even the big corporations are trying to profit from it. Supposed flat rates are no longer flat rates at all. Even contracts from Telekom that cost more than 75.00 euros only come with a basic configuration of 500 megabytes of data volume.

This is often not enough, as mobile streaming services such as Spotify or YouTube are used more and more often. In order to be able to use these services fully, however, it is often not enough to run around with a throttled flat rate. The streaming speed is catastrophic. The only thing left to do is to be rescued to the next W-Lan.

What is to be observed?

Before signing a contract, it is important to check how high the data volume of the "flat rate" is before the throttling takes effect. You should also synchronize your playlists in the W-Lan offline with Spotify, so you don't consume such a high data volume when you are on the road. Especially the LTE network tempts you to ignore the W-Lan when you're sitting in a café, for example. The rude awakening comes when the data volume is already used up by the middle of the month. So simply do without 3G or LTE in a café and go to the W-Lan change.
